STUFFED TOMATOES WITH CUCUMBER

Ingredients:
4 large ripe tomatoes
Salt and pepper
1 large cucumber, unpeeled, sliced thinly
1/2 cup Nonfat French Dressing
Recipe:
1. Cut tops off tomatoes and scoop out pulp and seeds.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Cut unpeeled cucumber into very thin slices and salt them.
4. Prepare dressing.
5. Fill tomatoes with cucumber slices; pour dressing on them.
