COOKED CAULIFLOWER SALAD

Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower, cut into small flowerettes
2 medium onions, chopped
6 tablespoons water
1 cup water
1/2 cup Nonfat Curry Dressing
Recipe:
1. Saute onion in 6 tablespoons water until soft but firm.
2. Add cauliflower and 1 cup water in saucepan and cook until tender.
3. Remove from heat and cool (refrigerate for a couple of hours if possible).
4. Arrange cauliflower in a salad bowl.
5. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over cauliflower.
