COOKED CAULIFLOWER WITH FRESH TOMATO DRESSING

Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower, cut into small flowerettes
1/2-3/4 cup Tomato Dressing
Salt and pepper
Pinch of dry chili
Recipe:
1. Cook cauliflower in salted water until tender but firm.
2. Drain well and cool.
3. Arrange on serving plate.
4. Prepare tomato dressing and pour over cauliflower.
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a pinch of dry chili.
