WATERCRESS WITH NONFAT CURRY DRESSING

Ingredients:
4 bunches watercress
1 orange, peeled and cut into thin segments
1/2 cup Nonfat Curry Dressing
1 teaspoon finely chopped shallots
2 tablespoons unsweetened concentrated orange juice
Recipe:
1. Place watercress in a salad bowl and arrange orange pieces on top.
2. Prepare dressing.
3. Add shallots and orange juice to dressing.
4. Pour dressing over salad and chill.
