CREOLE SALAD

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked green beans, cut into small strips
4 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup cooked green peas
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup purslane, chopped
1/2-3/4 cup Nonfat Italian Dressing
Recipe:
1. Mix vegetables together in a bowl.
2. Prepare dressing according to recipe instructions. Stir in dressing and toss lightly.
