GERMAINE SALAD (Maintenance)

Ingredients:
1 heart of cabbage, chopped
1 cup cooked green peas
2 shallots, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 cup Nonfat French Dressing
Recipe:
1. Place chopped cabbage in salad bowl.
2. Garnish with peas, shallots, and parsley.
3. Pour dressing over vegetables.
