TOSSED SALAD

Ingredients:
1 pound/450g of greens (endive, escarole, romaine, watercress, etc)
2 tomatoes, sliced
1/2 small green pepper, sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup of any nonfat dressing (see recipes
Recipe:
1. Wash greens and dry thoroughly.
2. Tear greens and slice tomatoes, green pepper and cucumber.
3. Mix dressing ingredients together.
4. Pour over the greens and toss lightly.
