LEMON SAUCE

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup granulated fructose
Recipe:
1. Mix flour and salt in saucepan.
2. Add boiling water, stirring.
3. Cook until mixture thickens, continuing to stir.
4. Add rind, lemon juice and fructose to flour mixture and blend.
5. Remove from heat and cool.
Serves:
Makes 3/4 cup
Notes:
To make Orange Sauce substitute lemon juice and rind for 1/4 cup orange juice and 2 teaspoons orange rind.
