Ingredients:
6-8 tablespoons water
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup red ketchup (low-sugar)
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
or 1 to 2 drops Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion

Recipe:
1. Heat a little water in saucepan and saute onion until soft.
2. Mix ketchup, water, seasonings, and celery; add to onion.
3. Cover pan and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring three to four times.
