PEPPER-ONION RELISH

Ingredients:
1 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped green peppers
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet pepper
1 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 cup granulated fructose
Recipe:
1. Combine onion, peppers, vinegar, salt and fructose in saucepan.
2. Bring slowly to boiling point.
3. Boil mixture until slightly thickened.
4. Remove from heat; Cool.
5. Store in refrigerator.
Serves:
3 cups
