Ingredients:
3 cups water
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
1 cup cooked broccoli or cooked spinach
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
1 cup cooked broccoli or cooked spinach
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
Recipe:
1. In blender or food processor mix water, vegetables bouillon cubes, broccoli and yogurt until creamy.
2. Serve cold.
