Recipe:
1. Mix all nuts together in a bowl.
2. Add the male syrup and vanilla essence and stir well.
3. Fold beaten egg whites into nut mixture.
4. Spoon batter into well-greased muffin tins.
5. Bake in a preheated oven of 350 F/175 C for about 20 minutes
