Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
1/2 cup skim milk (zero fat)
1/4 tsp. vanilla essence
Recipe:
1. Process all ingredients until smooth in a blender or food processor.
