STRAWBERRY TOFU

Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
1 cup water
1 1/4 cups firm low-fat tofu (1% fat)
Recipe:
1. Place strawberries in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Add water and tofu, blend again until creamy and smooth.
Serves:
2 to 4
Notes:
Firm tofu is more beneficial than regular tofu
