ALMOND STRAWBERRY MILK SHAKE

Ingredients:
1 cup ground raw almonds
3 3/4 cups water
1 teaspoon dietetic strawberry syrup (No-Cal)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
2 teaspoons sugar substitute (Equal or Nutrasweet)
Recipe:
1. Place ground almonds and water in food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
2. Allow mixture to stand for 30 minutes, then pass though a sieve. Save leftover liquid.
3. Return the ground almond to blender or food processor; add 1 2/3 cups water, strawberry syrup, strawberries and sugar
substitute and blend well.
4. Add strawberry mixture to liquid from the first straining. Blend until creamy and serve.
