Ingredients:
6 egg whites, beaten stiff
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 teaspoons stevia
2 1/2 cups Chocolate Nonfat Whipped Cream

Recipe:
1. Grease bottoms only of two 9-inch/23cm round layer cake pans with removable bottoms.
2. Beat egg whites until frothy; beat in vinegar, extracts, salt and stevia.
3. Turn meringue into prepared pans and spread evenly to edges.
4. Bake at 300 F/150 C for 40 minutes.
5. Turn off oven, open oven door about 1 or 2 inches/2.5-5cm, and allow torte layers to dry in oven 30 minutes.
6. Cool torte layers on wire racks before removing from pans.
7. Prepare whipped cream according to recipe instructions.
8. Fill layers with chocolate whipped cream.
