FROZEN RASPBERRY CREAM

Ingredients:
2/3 cup coconut milk
10-ounces/280g frozen raspberries, cut into pieces
6 tsp. stevia
1 thin slice lemon
Recipe:
1. Put all ingredients into container of blender or food processor.
2. Blend until mixture is smooth.
3. Pour into ice cube tray and freeze until firm.
Serves:
4 to 6
