Ingredients:
1 cup boiling water
2 packages strawberry-flavored gelatin (with aspartame)
2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
Garnish:
1 cup Nonfat Whipped Cream prepared with 2 teaspoons sugar substitute

Recipe:
1. Boil 1 cup water; add to gelatin and mix well. Cool.
2. Place yogurt in blender or food processor and blend until creamy.
3. Slowly stir in the gelatin and continue beating.
4. Add the strawberries and mix well.
5. Refrigerate mixture until it becomes mushy, stirring at least twice during this time.
6. Transfer mixture into a mold and refrigerate at least 5 hours.
7. Remove from mold and garnish with whipped cream.
