ALMOND DROPS

Ingredients:
1 cup ground raw almonds (consistency of flour)
6-8 teaspoons sugar substitute (Equal or Nutrasweet)
1/4 cup orange blossom water
Additional halved raw almonds
Recipe:
1. Mix the ground almonds, sugar substitute and enough blossom water to make a stiff paste. If paste is not sweet enough add more sugar substitute.
2. Knead by hand until smooth; let the paste rest a few minutes.
3. Shape the paste into little balls the size of walnuts.
4. Decorate if you like with halved almonds embedded in the top of the balls.

Notes:
You can also make a little hole in each almond ball with your finger and fill it with chopped pistachios.
