PRAWN SCRABLE

Ingredients:
1 cup cleaned fresh or canned prawns
4 eggs or equivalent Egg Replacer or other egg substitute
3-4 tablespoons skim milk
Salt and pepper
3 tablespoons olive or salad oil
Recipe:
1. Drain prawns and put half of them into blender with eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Blend on low speed for a minute.
2. Heat oil in pan. Pour prawn mixture into pan; cook and stir until almost set.
3. Add remaining whole prawns and stir until eggs are set.
