Ingredients:
1 pound/450g ground beef
2 tablespoons olive or salad oil
6 eggs or equivalent Egg Replacer or other egg substitute
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Recipe:
1. Fry meat for a few minutes in a frying pan; remove from pan. 2. Beat eggs
2. In a bowl add parsley, meat and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Place mixture in a greased casserole and cook in a slow 350 F/175 C oven for 45 minutes.
