TUNA PIE

Ingredients:
4 eggs or equivalent egg substitute
1 cup evaporated skim milk
1 can (6 1/2oz./200g) tuna in oil, drained
1/2 tsp. fresh chopped basil
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced
4 Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
1 tsp. capers
Recipe:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F/180 C.
2. Mix first four ingredients in a bowl.
3. Pour into greased pie dish
4. Decorate with sliced tomatoes, olives and capers.
5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
