CHOPPED BEEF SPREAD OR SALAD

Ingredients:
1/4 pound/110g lean beef, cooked
1/2 cup water
1 small onion
1 hard-boiled egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe:
1. Simmer beef in water until tender; drain.
2. Put beef, onions, and egg in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
3. Add seasoning and oil to beef mixture, blending until thick and smooth.
4. Pack into a mould; chill until firm.
Serves:
1 cup
Notes:
Cut into pieces and serve with lettuce, celery or any other green. It can also be spread on protein breads or crackers topped by sliced tomatoes
