CHEESE SPREAD

Ingredients:
2 cups skim milk cottage cheese (1% fat)
3 tablespoons skim milk (zero fat)
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
Dash cayenne pepper
Recipe:
1. Combine cheese and milk in a bowl.
2. Add parsley, onion and seasonings to cheese mixture, blending well.
Serves:
2 1/8 cups
Notes:
Spread on protein breads, crispbreads or crackers, celery, sliced cucumber or zucchini slices. Delicious with a tomato and cucumber salad.
