VEAL SPREAD OR SALAD

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked veal, chopped
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped pickle
1/8 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
2-3 tablespoons Low-fat Mayonnaise
Recipe:
1. Combine veal, eggs, pickle, seasonings, mayonnaise and mix well.
Serves:
1 1/4 cups
Notes:
Serving suggestion Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with sliced tomatoes. For packed lunches, spread on protein breads, crispbreads, or crackers and garnish with chopped green pepper.
