CHICKEN AND TURKEY SALAD

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked ground chicken
2 Tbs. smoked turkey slices, chopped
2 Tbs. chopped parsley
2 Tbs. Low-fat Mayonnaise
Recipe:
1. Mix cooked ground chicken with chopped smoked turkey and chopped parsley.
2. Add enough mayonnaise so to spread easily. Mix well.
Serves:
3/4 cup
Notes:
Serving suggestion: serve with a green salad Serve also as a spread on Sesame Seed Crackers, and top with tomato slices and shredded lettuce.
