SARDINE SPREAD

Ingredients:
3 3/4-ounce/100g can sardines, drained
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon horseradish
Pepper
Recipe:
1. Skin and bone canned sardines and place in a blender or food processor. Mix until smooth.
2. Add oil and a little horseradish sauce.
3. Season with pepper. Blend well.
Serves:
1/2 cup
Notes:
Serving suggestion Spread on celery stalks or serve with tomato slices and lettuce leaves.
