BEEF AND HAM PATTIES

Ingredients:
2 pounds/900g minced beef
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 thin slices smoked ham
4 tablespoons olive or salad oil
Salt and pepper
Recipe:
1. Mold beef into 8 thin patties.
2. Spread 4 patties with mustard and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place a slice of ham on each patty trimming away excess ham.
4. Top with remaining patties, pressing meat firmly.
5. Saute patties in oil for 3 minutes on each side and serve immediately
