Ingredients:
4 tablespoons olive or salad oil
1 medium onion, minced
1 1/2 pounds/675g ground meat
1 egg
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Recipe:
1. Heat oil in skillet.
2. Combine meat, onion, egg, cheese, salt and pepper.
3. Blend well and shape into small balls.
4. Saute in skillet until brown all over.
5. Transfer meat to serving dish and keep warm.
6. Gradually stir into pan juices the yogurt.
7. Simmer on very low heat for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Do not boil as yogurt will curdle.
8. Pour over meat, garnish with parsley and serve hot.
