PORK MEAT BALLS

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds/700g ground pork
2 small cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dry cherry
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 tablespoons olive or salad oil
Chili sauce
Recipe:
1. Combine pork, garlic, salt, sherry and soy sauce.
2. Form small balls.
3. Saute in hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side.
4. Serve hot with chili sauce.
