CHICKEN IN MUSTARD SAUCE

Ingredients:
4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into matchstick strips
3 Tbs. olive or canola oil

Mustard Sauce:
3 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. low-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbs. vinegar
2 Tbs. chicken broth (1/2 chicken bouillon cube dissolved
in 2 Tbs. hot water)
1 Tbs. olive oil
Recipe:
1. Heat oil in pan; when hot add chicken strips.
2. Cook for 2 minutes; remove from pan and place in serving dish.
3. Mix all the ingredients of sauce together well and pour it over the chicken.
