FRESH TUNA WITH TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients:
2 pounds/900g fresh tuna fish, sliced into 1 1/2-inches/4cm thick
4 tablespoons olive or salad oil
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 cups hot water
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 small onion, sliced
4 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper
Recipe:
1. Wash fish; dry with absorbent paper; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Pour oil in skillet; add onion, garlic, parsley; cook 5 minutes or until soft.
3. Blend tomato paste in two cups of hot water.
4. Add to mixture in skillet.
5. Sprinkle with paprika.
6. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Add fish; cover; cook 15 minutes or until tender.
8. Serve very hot.
