Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds/675g cooked or canned crab meat
1 cup grated low-fat cheese
4 tablespoons olive or salad oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 pimentos, chopped
Pinch of nutmeg
1 cup grated low-fat cheese

Recipe:
1. Place the crab in a bowl and shred it gently with a fork.
2. Add 3/4 cup of the cheese, the oil, salt, pepper, nutmeg, lemon juice and pimentos.
3. Mix well together.
4. Place the mixture in 4 individual baking dishes and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
5. Bake in a 375 F/190 C oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
