Ingredients:
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried ground chili pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cummin
4 serving-size fillets of sole
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 cup buttermilk or sour milk
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice.
