SPICY SOLES

Ingredients:
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried ground chili pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cummin
4 serving-size fillets of sole
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 cup buttermilk or sour milk
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice.
Recipe:
1. Mix the garlic, salt, pepper, chili peppers, and cumin together and rub it in the fish.
2. Heat the oil in a skillet and brown fillets on both sides.
3. Add the milk and the lemon juice.
4. Simmer over low heat until the milk is absorbed.
5. Serve hot.
