Ingredients:
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive or salad oil
1 pound/450g cooked roast beef, chopped
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Pinch of black pepper
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese or any other hard skim milk cheese
6 tablespoons skim milk
1 egg or equivalent Egg Replacer or other egg substitute, lightly beaten

Recipe:
1. Saute onion in 2 tablespoons oil until transparent.
2. Add chopped cooked beef, water and Maggi seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and pepper. Keep warm.
3. Put cheese in a mixing bowl and add milk and lightly beaten egg.
4. Place meat mixture in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
5. Top with cheese mixture.
6. Bake for 15 minutes in a hot oven (400 F/200 C) or until cheese is golden brown.
