Ingredients:
8-ounce/225g can salmon
4 thin slices of smoked ham, diced
1 cup evaporated skim milk
3 eggs or equivalent Egg Replacer or other egg substitute
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Recipe:
1. Remove skin and bones from salmon.
2. Beat together milk eggs, salt, paprika and parsley.
3. Put salmon and diced ham in base of a greased baking dish, and pour egg mixture over.
4. Bake in hot oven (450 F/230 C) for 10 minutes, reduce to moderate (350 F/175 C) and bake for 30 minutes or until set and golden brown.
