EASY QUICHE

Ingredients:
5 thin slices smoked ham, chopped
1 cup evaporated skim milk
3 eggs or equivalent Egg Replacer or other egg substitute, slightly beaten
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese or any other hard skim milk cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh or canned mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Recipe:
1. Grease an oven-proof quiche dish well and put chopped ham at the bottom of it.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
3. Add the milk, cheese, mushrooms, paprika and parsley.
4. Pour egg mixture carefully in quiche dish.
5. Bake at 350 F/175 C for 35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
