Ingredients:
2 cups ground raw almonds

Recipe:
1. Put ground almonds in a bowl.
2. Add a little salt and white pepper.
3. Add the garlic.
4. Stir in the lemon juice and oil alternately, a little at a time, beating well with a fork.
5. Pour into serving bowls.
6. Sprinkle the top with more oil and parsley, and garnish with flaked almonds.
