CHEESE SALAD OR SPREAD

Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
3oz/100g Feta cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbs. chopped parsley
Recipe:
1. Place first four ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer into bowl.
2. Stir in parsley and mix well. Refrigerate until serving.
Serves:
1 1/2 cups
