TZATZIKI SALAD OR DIP

Ingredients:
1 small cucumber, peeled and grated
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt (1% fat)
2 cloves finely minced garlic
1 Tbs. finely chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Chill until serving.
Serves:
1 1/2 cups
Notes:
Fat content: Hardly any fat in this salad.
