HAM AND CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients:
1 cup diced ham
1 cup diced chicken
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup Low-fat Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Lettuce leaves
Recipe:
1. Combine ham, chicken and celery in a bowl.
2. Beat in blender or food processor the yogurt, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and pour over meat and vegetable mixture.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Substitute with smoked turkey slices when trying to loose weight Served on a bed of lettuce leaves, this salad is an excellent luncheon dish or a quick and light main course.
