Ingredients:
1 pound/450g raw spinach leaves, torn coarsely
1/2 cup Nonfat French Dressing
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 tomato, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup Nonfat French Dressing

Recipe:
1. Wash spinach; cut off stems, tear coarsely and arrange in a salad bowl.
2. Mix dressing ingredients well and pour over spinach.
3. Toss salad and garnish with onion and tomato.
