Ingredients:
2 cups mixed cooked cold meats (turkey, tongue, beef, veal, chicken, etc), shredded
Half a heart shredded lettuce
4 anchovy fillets, shredded
3 gherkins, sliced
1 tablespoon capers
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoons Low-fat Mayonnaise
Garnish:
2 hard-boiled eggs
4 anchovy fillets

Recipe:
1. Shred any kind of cooked cold meat or many kinds - the more varied the better the salad.
2. Add shredded heart of lettuce, gherkins, 4 anchovies and mix well together.
3. Add capers, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with vinegar and add two tablespoons Low-fat Mayonnaise.
4. Mix well together, place in a dish and decorate sides with slices of hard boiled eggs and anchovy fillets.
