1 1/2 cup canned salmon or tuna, drained
1 cup diced celery
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped

3 tablespoons Low-fat Mayonnaise

Recipe:
1. Remove bones from salmon and flake meat with fork.
2. Add celery, egg, pickle, salt and spices to salmon.
3. Add mayonnaise and toss mixture lightly.
4. Chill salmon mixture, tightly covered.
