CRAB COCKTAIL

Ingredients:
Heart of lettuce, shredded
2-3 tablespoons canned crab meat
1 tablespoon Low-fat Mayonnaise
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Recipe:
1. Shred heart of lettuce, place at bottom of wine glass.
2. Stir mayonnaise with salt and cayenne and pour over crab.
3. Chill.

Notes:
Serving suggestion Garnish the rim of the wine glass with a thin slice of lemon. A fine dinner party starter appetizer.
