Ingredients:
4 cups fresh or frozen peas
1 Cos lettuce, shredded
12 small spring onions, cut in 2-inch/5cm lengths
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. marjoram
2 Tbs. olive oil

Recipe:
1. Put the peas in the pan with the shredded lettuce, spring onions, herbs and 1 tablespoon oil; add the water.
2. Cover pan and cook for 25 minutes.
3. Just before serving add the remaining oil and season with salt.
