Ingredients:

3 cups finely chopped celery
2 cups finely chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 vegetable bouillon cube
Salt and pepper

Recipe:
1. Heat the oil, and cook celery, onion, thyme and bouillon cube covered for about 10 minutes.
2. Place mixture in food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
